Merhaba sevgili öğrenciler! Bu ünitemizde günlük hayatımızın vazgeçilmez bir parçası olan Television (Televizyon) konusunu işleyeceğiz. Televizyon izleme alışkanlıklarımızı, sevdiğimiz program türlerini ve bu programlar hakkındaki fikirlerimizi İngilizce olarak nasıl ifade edeceğimizi öğreneceğiz.
1. Program Türleri (Types of TV Programmes)
Televizyonda izlediğimiz programları kategorize etmek için şu kelimeleri öğrenmeliyiz:
- Documentary: Belgesel (Doğa, tarih veya bilim hakkında bilgilendirici programlar).
- Quiz Show: Yarışma programı (Bilgi yarışmaları).
- Sitcom: Durum komedisi (Eğlenceli, kısa süreli dizi).
- News: Haberler (Güncel olaylar).
- Talk Show: Sohbet programı (Ünlülerin konuk olduğu programlar).
- Cartoon: Çizgi film.
- Reality Show: Gerçek hayatı konu alan programlar.
2. Tercihleri ve Görüşleri İfade Etme
Bir program hakkındaki düşüncelerimizi belirtirken şu kalıpları kullanırız:
- Asking for Opinion (Fikir Sorma): “What do you think about this programme?” (Bu program hakkında ne düşünüyorsun?)
- Expressing Opinion (Fikir Belirtme): “I think it is very boring.” (Bence çok sıkıcı.) veya “In my opinion, it is educational.” (Bence eğitici.)
- Agreeing (Katılma): “You are right.” (Haklısın.) veya “I agree with you.” (Sana katılıyorum.)
- Disagreeing (Katılmama): “I don’t think so.” (Öyle düşünmüyorum.) veya “I disagree.” (Katılmıyorum.)
İpucu: Neden İzliyoruz?
Bir programı neden izlediğimizi belirtmek için “because” (çünkü) bağlacını kullanırız. Örneğin: “I watch documentaries because they are informative.” (Belgesel izlerim çünkü bilgilendiriciler.)
