Günlük hayatta iletişim kurmanın en önemli yollarından biri telefon görüşmeleridir. İngilizcede telefonda konuşurken kullanılan belirli kalıplar vardır. Bu kalıpları öğrenmek, hem sınavlarınızda hem de gerçek hayatta daha profesyonel ve anlaşılır iletişim kurmanıza yardımcı olur.
1. Kendini Tanıtma ve Karşıyı Selamlama
Telefonu açtığınızda veya birini aradığınızda genellikle ‘Hello, this is [İsminiz]’ kalıbını kullanırız. Karşı tarafa ‘Kiminle görüşüyorum?’ diye sormak için ise ‘Who is calling, please?’ ifadesini kullanırız.
